Mr Vedran Silajdžić is  is General Manager of Zavod za vodoprivredu d.d. Sarajevo from 2017.

Mr Silajdžić has 20 years experience as professional in number of areas such as General Management, Procurement, Finance, Business Process Excellence and Transformation.

He is in charge of business development, people development, contracting and client management, process Improvement initiatives and company representation in front of external stakeholders and equity holders. He is fluent in English and very good in Italian.

Mrs Halima Obućina is company secretary and legal advisor

Mrs Obućina has large experience (over 27 years of work experience) in provision of legal aid in the development of engineering frame at all levels of project documentation for the design of hydraulic structures, in terms of the legal framework which regulate the sector.

She continuously monitor of all regulations (laws, rules, decision and amendments thereto) in the field of water management, construction, zoning, property relations, ecology etc. at the state, entity, cantonal and municipal level and participated in drafting many of them.

Mr. Adnan Bijedić is a graduated Civil Engineer. He is an expert in project design and management with more than 36 years of experience in water management. At the beginning of his career he worked in Kosovo as engineer on construction site for water supply system of settlements around Priština city and construction of irrigation system. After that he has concreted mainly on preparation of water master plans and feasibility studies, design and supervising of construction of WTP, WWTP, water supply and sewerage systems.

Mr. Bijedić has broad experience in all stages of water and wastewater project preparation and implementation: water supply and sewerage surveys, water master plans and feasibility studies preparations, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimating, tender dossier preparation and construction supervision. He has carried out many projects as team leader which empowers him to be in full control of management of complex projects.

He has great experience as a team lead, fluent in English, with enviable water management experience.

Mr. Oliver Grgurević is a graduated Civil Engineer (specialized in the field of Water & Wastewater).

He is an expert in project design and management with more than 24 years of work experience in water and wastewater sector in BiH, as well as in supervising the construction works of the relevant facilities. His experience covers the entire project cycle from all design stages of water supply and wastewater facilities through the tender stages to the supervision of works.

Mr. Grgurević is very experienced in data collection, analysis and model simulation for Water Supply, Storm Water and Sewerage
Systems.

Mr. Grgurević has experience in water projects in BiH. Fluent in English.

Ms. Alma Bibović is a graduated Civil Engineer. With more than 15 years of work experience, she worked mainly on projects related to river regulation, bank erosion protection and flood protection.

She has broad experience in Hydraulic Engineering projects, including Hydrology, Open channel flow modelling, Flood protection and Drainage and Sewerage Systems. Besides these projects Ms. Bibović participated in preparation of strategic documents as River basin management plan and flood protection plans.

Ms. Bibović has extensive experience in all stages of project preparation and implementation: data collection, management, strategic planning and engineering in water and waste water sector in BiH as well as building GIS based databases and preparation of various tender documents and institutional strengthening.

She has carried out many projects as team leader which empowers her to be in full control of management of complex projects. Ms. Bibović is experienced with CAD and GIS software, hydrological and hydraulic modeling and calculations in MIKE 11. Fluent in English.

Mr. Zlatan Hrelja is a graduated Civil Engineer. He is an expert in project design with more than 8 years of work experience in water management sector in BiH, as well as in preparation of documentation for flood protection plans. He also has experience in Hydraulic Engineering projects, especially Hydrology, Flood protection and Drainage and Sewerage Systems. His experience covers the entire project cycle from all design stages through the tender stages to the supervision of works.

Mr. Hrelja is fluent in English and experienced with CAD and GIS software, hydrological and hydraulic modeling and calculations in HEC-RAS.

Mr. Edhem Džananović is a graduated Civil Engineer. He is an expert in project design with more than 6 years of work experience in water management sector, as well as in preparation of documentation in water treatment and distribution networks. He also has experience in Hydraulic Engineering projects, river regulation, sewerage systems and waste and water treatment plants. His experience covers the entire project cycle from all design stages through the tender stages to the supervision of works.

Mr. Džananović is fluent in English and experienced with CAD and Urbano software, and calculations in HEC-RAS and EPANET.

Mrs. Amila Hadžiahmetović is a graduated Civil Engineer. She is an expert in project design with more than 5 years of work experience. Mrs. Lidija Herco-Nikolić is a graduated Civil Engineer. She is an expert in project design with more than 5 years of work experience. Mr. Ermin Hodžić is a graduated Civil Engineer. He is a designer with more than 2 years of work experience. He has experience on projects related to preparation of documentation for water permits and projects related to sewerage systems.

Amra Guhdija is engineering technician with experience in hydrotechnics and construction. Expert in CAD designs with over 10 years experience in BiH as well as in projects of flood protection. Experienced in projects involving hydraulic engineering, waste water collection systems, water supply systems and plants for drinking water preparation and waste water treatment. Her tenure covers preparation of designs and drawings.

She uses English language and masters CAD, GIS and MS Office.

Mr. Izo Jašar is a Graphic Technician, He has more than 35 years of work experience. He is technical support and involved in technical preparation of project documentation.
